Estate planning and wills

We are aware that our clients need to foresee and organize their assets distribution to ensure that their will is fulfilled when they are gone and we make sure that their heirs will avoid further formalities and tax costs.

We advise on estate and succession planning, we draft wills and inheritance contracts and assist our clients when signing before a notary.

Inheritance processing

We process national and international inheritances, such as declaration of inheritance, application for European certificate of succession, acceptance and adjudication of the inheritance, taxes settlement and registration in the land registry, as well as any necessary bank transactions.

We represent our clients throughout Spain and Germany.

Inheritance disputes

In the event of inheritance disputes, we begin from a mediating position in order to reach satisfactory agreements. If the conciliation has been unsuccessful and there is no agreement on how to distribute the inheritance, we represent our clients in inheritance litigation and proceedings of will contests before the Courts.
